Filter Dialog Boxes

Clicking on the filter button in any data access tab shows a filter panel. Default view shows basic filter capability.

Basic Filter

Drop downs are available to narrow filter choices in some of the tabs. The more criteria sub-panel allows you to filter for title, description or any other defined fields for the specific tab. See individual tab help for details.

For text fields, wildcard “*” can be used to specify multiple characters and “~” for a single character.

Please click on the set button to apply selected filters. Please click the close button to hide the filter dialog box. The filter button shows a check mark if the filter is set (even if the filter panel is hidden). Please click cancel to remove filter.

Advanced Filter and InspiRD Query Language

To access advanced filter capability click on the Advanced button in the filter dialog box. An input control enables detailed queries using the InspiRD Query Language (IQL) and click apply.
