Discussion Sub-Panel
InspiRD App includes capability to have focused discussions / comments for each element.
To access discussions, scroll down to the bottom of the edit panel and select the discussions sub-panel.
- To create a new post, use the scroll bar to find an input box. Click the publish button. An email notification will be sent to the owner of the element alerting them to the post.
- To edit an existing post, use the scroll bar to locate it and click the edit button.
- To delete an existing post, use the scroll bar to locate it and click delete
- To reply to an existing post, use the scroll bar to locate it and click reply.
You can invite any user to the discussion group by typing @ followed by the name of that user. InspiRD Suite will automatically prompt you with available user names once you have typed a few characters. An email notification will be sent to the person inviting him to the discussion (if notifications are enabled by your administrator).
