Cut / Copy / Paste Task
A task can be copied or cut and pasted to make copies or to move it across projects.
- To copy a task, select it and click Copy
- To access the copy button click the down arrow next to the edit button
- To move the task, use the same process, but click Cut instead
- Next select the source requirement or risk in which you would like to paste the test case and click Paste
- Use the nav panel carousel to find requirements and risks related carousels
- To select a requirement in a different project, turn the carousel in the navigation panel to the left and select the project
- Turn the carousel back to the right and select the source requirement
InspiRD App makes a log entry in the copied, pasted elements and their parent item indicating that the operation, by whom, and when. Email notifications are sent to the owner of the project (if enabled). All changes are automatically propagated to link adjunct copies and appropriate log entries are made.
