Quick Start Guide
In InspiRD Suite, all development activity is initiated with projects (Add Projects). Projects, pursuits and opportunities are entered in the Projects Tab of Portfolio Module.
Once projects have been created, you are able to
- Add requirements and track requirement dependencies
- Add risks and perform Hazard analysis, FMEA, etc.
- Add tests and build a test results database
- Add tasks and track work performed
InspiRD Invest enables analysis of project budget / resource requests and allows managers to guide the R&D portfolio.
InspiRD Manage is used for producing project reports, conducting reviews and viewing execution metrics.
InspiRD Skills is used for entering the organization structure, adding team members and managing groups.
