Architecture Tab
An architecture is used in InspiRD App to structured all R&D activity or to configuration controlled R&D portfolio. This architecture simplifies access, enhances collaboration, enables design reuse and provides unprecedented visibility across distributed teams. The architecture defined, modified, and viewed in Architecture tab of the Portfolio module.
To access the Architecture tab, click Portfolio in the tab bar and select Architecture in the drop down below it.
If you do not see the architecture tab, it may be because your administrator has not give you access to architecture. Please contact your InspiRD Suite administrator or your manager to gain access.
The portfolio architecture is divided into three domains: Technologies, Products and Solutions. Solutions domain may be names as Markets, Missions, or Indications in your InspiRD Suite implementation. Please see Terminology for details.
To switch to any domain, selecting it from the domain selection drop-down. All data is shown in a data grid with tree structure and toolbars. See the User Interface Guide for details.
The toolbar under the tabs is used to execute functions in the InspiRD App. These functions are described below. Please note that buttons are automatically disabled based on available functions on the selected row. Please hover the cursor over the button to see a tool tip explaining the reason why a button is disabled.
