Portal Tab
Our knowledge portal provides a central location for project teams to track action items and issues, discover changes and lessons learned. Clicking on Portal tab in the InspiRD App provides access to it. If you do not see the portal tab, it may be because your administrator has not give you access to architecture. Please contact your InspiRD Suite administrator or your manager to gain access.
The portal is designed as a dashboard in which you can add different type of widgets with information of interest. The first drop-down in the toolbar allows you to access a previously defined dashboard with its widget. Once selected, the widgets in the dashboard will be populated with the current information and updated periodically.
- To generate a new dashboard, click the Add Dashboard button and provide its Title.
- To add new widgets to a dashboard, click the Add Widget button , select available widgets from the list and click OK. Resize the widgets and arrange them by dragging them to any location within the dashboard.
- To remove a widget, click the settings button on the top right corner of the widget and click delete.
- To make changes to the the information being shown in the widget, edit its query using IQL.
- Click the Update Dashboard Layout button to save changes to the server. New layout will be accessible anytime your login into the app.
- To delete a dashboard, click the delete button . To access the delete button, click the drop-down next to the Update Layout button.
