Execute Reports Sub-tab

Reports sub-tab automatically generates project reports based on templates defined by your organization and exports reports to PowerPoint.

To access the Reports sub-tab, select the manage tab. Select Reports from the first drop-down in the toolbar beneath the tab. Other buttons in the toolbar are used to interface with Reports capabilities. To generate a report:

  1. Select the project for the report by clicking the select project button and entering the project number.
  2. Select the desired report template from the drop-down. If the template you need is not available, please contact your administrator. Your report will be generated. Below the toolbar, the main view is divided into two panes. The left pane shows pages in the selected template. Selecting a page will display its content.
  3. Click the PowerPoint button to generate a PowerPoint presentation from the template.
  4. Click export to Excel button to generate an Excel file with the displayed data. To access the Excel button, click the drop-down arrow next to the PowerPoint button.
